We want you to find your perfect scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all orders within the EU. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund, no questions asked.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the fragrance bottle in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest designated courier point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
